Hi, I’m Dawayne Perza! I’m here to help you become a high-vibe, heart-centered, conscious leader and entrepreneur. I hope that you find this site to be welcoming, straightforward, and helpful.
I came from a decent home with parents that loved me and wanted nothing but good things for me. I think that my parents did the absolute best they could with what they knew. My dad worked his tail off to provide for us as a family. Which is always something that I have admired about my father. He is also a business owner. Possibly where I got my entrepreneurial spirit.
Honestly, looking back, that was always something that he did to some degree. He always said, “If you want something, you are going to have to work hard to get it.”
I will, forever, be grateful for the mindset that he had tried to instill into my siblings and I. It has made all of us hard workers. Who go after what we want. Something that will all have in common is that we all feel like there is some greater purpose for our lives. As if we were meant to achieve great things. Only we didn’t have the best mentorship. My father, as amazing of a job as he did, didn’t know to tell us what he didn’t know to tell us.
Into my teens and young adult life, I became heavily addicted to drugs and alcohol. I made a lot of terrible choices that lead me to some places that I am not proud of. But effectually I found my way into recovery, and into the world of personal development and coaching and mentors and things of that nature. I didn’t know my own blind spots. Not because I lacked the smarts. But because I lacked the perspective. I didn’t know I couldn’t see what I couldn’t see.
Having people in my life that can help me to see things from an entirely different angle has been so vital for the path that I found myself on. My life has changed so much in so many different ways. It is incredible, to say the least. I devote and invest time, daily, to personal development, and try to incorporate and implement the things that I have learned into my life.
One of the things that I have found to be most useful is looking at things, situations, people, objectively. It isn’t always the easiest thing for me. I am quick to judge. I find people to be quite irritating at times when I am not able to remove myself from the equation.
So I always try to have a positive attitude about everything. Not ignoring the bad but consciously choosing not to focus my energy on it. I am always looking for the silver lining. I am always trying to find something to learn and not be afraid of being open with people about how I feel in a positive constructive way.

I wouldn’t have known what I know now if there were not people that came before me to show the way. I want to be able to pay it forward.
My aim is to help you live a life of joy, freedom, and service so you can make a difference in the world. By putting some of the same tools that I have found helpful, into your hands, providing you with meaningful ways to create additional streams of income.
All the best,
